13 ice cream, gelato, frozen custard and dessert shops inside Cary town limits, from downtown Chatham Street to Fenton, Parkside and Green Level.

Last checked Oct. 12, 2026. Refreshed every three months.

Downtown Cary has two scoop shops a block apart on East Chatham Street, and Fenton has a gelato shop on its main street. The rest are spread across town: Goodberry’s on Kildaire Farm Road and Davis Drive, Andia’s near downtown and in west Cary, and Kilwins, Cinnaholic and Baskin-Robbins in shopping centers off High House Road, Parkside and NC 55.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Cary’s town limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 12, 2026. Where a site would not load for us, a 2026 record in Wake County’s restaurant inspection data confirms the place is operating. We left out map entries we could not confirm on a shop’s own site, a custard stand whose site gives a Morrisville address and shops in Cary, Illinois. Donut shops are on our bakeries list. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these places? Write to us to correct your entry.
